Prestige Invitational Kiwimbi International Benefit Golf

Prestige Invitational is a nonprofit created to bring together philanthropists from all walks of life and all over the globe to bond over a game of golf, while helping raise funds for charitable organizations. Our October 8th event seeks to make a difference among underserved communities in western Kenya.

This event will take place at the beautiful Ash Brook Golf Course in Scotch Plains, New Jersey. Kiwimbi (the word means “ripple” in Swahili) sees a world where all people are empowered through education to enrich their lives and reach their fullest potential. Kiwimbi’s Learning Center in western Kenya offers a range of free academic and vocational programs preparing youth to support themselves and their families. Their Library in Busia County is used by patrons of all ages, averaging 300 visitors daily. Their broad library system provides access to more than 35,000 books for over 50,000 students. They have also joined with the Dolfine Korando Faith Foundation to open a second free public library in Kisumu, Kenya.
